When A Woman is aroused either by mental or physical stimulation and has a rush of blood and hormones to her clitt causing it to become engorged. Also known as a "Lady Boner" a woman's Vess is mostly inside the body because that's where the clittoris beyond the button part is (which is the majority of it) so they aren't very visible but the woman can have feelings of loss of breath, heart palpitations, loss of thought pattern, heavy breathing, sweating, and lack of logical thinking when her Vess is triggered.
