The way to say "bollocks" without really saying "bollocks" so no one can have a go at you for swearing.
John: That is an absolute load of kabollocks. Uptight Person: JOHN! John: What?! I didn't swear!
To grab the length of a person's tie, yank it down, and push the knot up as far as you can. This results in the victim struggling to breathe, and also makes it very difficult to undo the knot as it has become so small (hence the word "peanut"). Done mostly by school kids as a prank on each other.

A person who isn't quite popular, but isn't quite unpopular either. Similiar in social terms to the undead: not quite alive, but not quite dead. A nonloser often faces the threat of falling off the social ladder completely if they don't make an effort to hold on.
Yeah, Jamie's a nonloser; he's got a handul of friends, but he's not exactly Mr. Popular.
Someone who "lurks" around an Internet forum, only reading and never posting. "Lurking" is often the result of being too scared or lazy to register, and the term mostly applies to those who do not; however you do get the occasional member who doesn't post.
There are ALWAYS more lurkers than registered members.
The state of being a lurker, i.e. following the posts on an Internet forum but not posting yourself.
