An old welsh "mythical" dragon
Typically known as a "no-show" or a "disappointment" to fellow companions.
Often used as an insult to someone that is not good at gaming.
"Your such a marcel, Jake" - Your so bad at gaming, Jake.
"I'll be there at 8" A marcel would be someone who doesn't turn up a no show.
