caligulance

1.) The exhibition of gross overspending, or abhorrent government excessiveness, always at the cost of and disregard of others.

2.) Acting in the behavior of a Roman emperor (particularly Caligula), enjoying pleasures of food and orgies to a degree of perceived insanity.

Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's bar tab that the taxpayers picked up was borderline caligulance.
