7:35

The universal cigarette smoking time, a la 4:20. I know, I know, how ridiculous to have an appointed time for lighting up nothing other than a Camel. But it's out there. Much like 4:20, the hands of the clock are lined up at 7:35 as well.

Babies, it's 7:35. Smoke 'em if you got 'em.

7:35

This was coined along the West Coast in the mid- to late-1990s in response to 4:20 for marijuana, except 7:35 applies to lighting up a cigarette. As with 4:20, the hands on the clock line up at 7:35 as well.

Hey, Nikki, it's 7:35, let's light one up!

whevs

Reduction of "whatever". For the go-getting hipster with little time to spare, whevs can be used to express disdain and disaffection without whatever's ridiculous waste of time.

"I'm not hungry, we can eat wherever, whevs."
