The noise made by a person (usually female) when bitching, being an annoying bitch, or complaining. Expressed after observation by the second party in response or interuption.
Sally: "You told me you'd take out the trash! And last wenesday when we were supposed to go to Betty's..." Fred: "- RADA RADA RADA!"
