fyntysiomynia

The act of adding the letter "y" in place of vowels in a word to make it sound more fantasylike. Someone who performs fyntysiomynia is called a fyntysiomyniac.

"I've never seen fyntysiomynia like this... I mean, you changed Camilla to Camylla, Jerome to Jeryme, and Bob to Byb. BYB."

A song that someone enjoys a lot, but dislikes who made it or what it relates to.

She hated Corpse Party, but it left a hauntingly good reluctune in her head.

insectaur

A type of fictional body with a large horizontal segment and a minimum of four legs, plus a head and two arms adorning the front of the character. Doesn't necessarily have to have insectoid traits to be considered an insectaur. Examples of insectaurs in fiction include Dungeons and Dragons' species of the same name, Red from the NES Godzilla Creepypasta, and Kromer from Limbus Company.

The designer struggled to come up with a concept sketch for the insectaur being featured in the horror game.

The phenomenon of a glass cup of tea being shined on by sunlight, creating a bright orange-yellow color.

Tom without Jerry

A term used to describe someone who tries something only for it to comically and chaotically blow up in their face because of their own clumsiness.

"He tried to slide down the banister 'like they do in the movies' and now we have to pay a lot of money just so the hospital will fix his leg. Why did I get stuck dealing with Tom without Jerry?"

a personal attack

When someone mentions a niche topic another person has a large interest or knowledge in and proceeds to completely butcher the summary of it.

"He totally skimmed over the whole premise of the show, and seeing that, right there — that was a personal attack."

sabitser

Someone who specializes in making fan universes based on an existing media, usually a video game. These are most frequently known as AUs, but the term can extend to projects that are made as extensions to the existing work, such as Yume Nikki fangames.

My friend is a sabitser, and is currently working on an AU for one of her games.
