Pronounced, "see-sees", sometimes "sick-ees", is a fast food pizza buffet establishment where people go to gorge themselves on all you can eat pizza. Typically, one's first run through the buffet line results in a single plate stacked with 5-10 slices of pizza. Later, the consumer will spend hours in the restroom with diarrhea shooting out of his/her butt.
Jim: I have $5.99 and I'm hungry. Bob: Let's eat at Cici's. Jim: Good idea. It's been a while since I've had pizza or diarrhea.
