An (typically) overweight, skanky, worn out nasty slut. Or a used up woman who's had children. Also referred to as a "coupon ho".
"Hey Joel, check out that fat coupon bitch walking down the sidewalk!"
An overweight, white, middle-class, post pregnant woman...usually with no transportation.
The lady at most Wal-Mart checkout counters.
