Takes total advantage of everything the public assistance system has to offer such as free housing, food, child care & health insurance. Usually has one or more vices, smoking, drinking, using/selling drugs, gambling, pimping/prostitution, dog fighting or running scams. Most of the time, drives nice cars. Let's others raise their kids. Thinks the world owes them everything!
