Adjective ; First used at the edge of time itself to describe the fabric of existence. Calling something "scooty" meaning something that shouldn't be messed with.
Synonyms: "Sus" | "a bit fucky" | "not up to par" | "just all around scooty, seriously stay away from that shit" | etc.
