Running Rhythm

The art of achieving the exact same stepping pattern as the person on the running machine (treadmill) next to yours. This usually occurs at the gym and in some rare cases may even coincide with the bassline of the music.

Guy 1: 'I was pumped at the gym today, me and the guy next to me had a great running rhythm going'
