'meatman' is a word that is used by closeted bisexual men to indicate to other people that they are bisexual in a more 'manly' way, 'meatman' is often used to show a bisexual mans preference as the bottom.
"I think he might be a meatman" (when describing someone else) "I'm a/the meatman" (when describing yourself)
