A lesbian the prefers to use they/them pronouns. Pronouns don't always equal gender. (for some they do) Theysbians are still women who like woman.
1: "Jane is a theysbian" 2: "what is that?" 1: "They are still a woman who likes woman, they just prefer to use they/them" 2: "Oh okay! I will respect them because I am a decent person!"
A Xenogender is a gender that is made for peoples interests/struggles. It is most commonly used by neurodivergentpeople because they have more intense interests than others. Some neurodivergent people have a more complicated relationship with gender so these help with that also!
