1. A common term used to describe one's overwhelming happiness with regards to a current situation.
2. Used in agreement with a previous statement.
Example 1)
"Box of Stella down to £8! E-OY!"
Example 2)
Person A - "This tune is slamming!"
Person B - "E-OY!"
Another way to say, Oh boy or Oh my goodness.
