A creature that lives in the highland waters that is a cross between a snake like eel like creature has lots of sharp teeth and a snake tounge are also known to have tentacles. Sniggles are very shy helpless creatures and prefer to stay in water as they are pretty pathetic on land. They are very rare to spot and hard to catch as they are very slippery devils they will trash back and forth and make an evil hissing noise if you don't put then back in the water. Besides that they are quite friendly.

A sniggle is someone who acts like they think they're doing nothing wrong, but at any given moment is terrorizing everyone around them with their faceless persona and nonchalant actions. Often a sniggle is referring to the close relative, co-worker, or passerby, who accidentally knocks over something that was so obviously easily tipped over and should have been easy to avoid. Sniggle is a derogatory term that is often associated with personal descriptions such as annoying, bland, and stinky.
