Someone who is so overwhelmingly, flamboyantly gay, you can't help but smack yourself in the face.

Must be differentiated from someone who is just gay, but not overly flamboyant.

Person 1:"Hey, you see that kid over there wearing all pink singing 'Born This Way'?"

Person 2: "Holy Shit. He is a facepalm gay"

A Peek-a-boo Facepalm is when it becomes so bad you have to peek to make sure it was really that bad.

I was with a friend and he did a trick on his bike and faceplanted...I had to do a Peek-a-boo Facepalm.

When someone's overruse of the facepalm meme actually makes you want to do it as a response.

When someone are dabbing the wrong way, you can either say "Facepalm dab" or just do the "Facepalm dab" - slap yourself in the face while dabbing.
