A controversial term with two definitions, but dumbasses will tell you there is only one.
1. A piece of entertainment or media which "filters out" the plebs, i.e. only plebs (uncultured or stupid people) dislike it.
This definition is by far the more commonly used of the two. However, there is also another definition that may occasionally be used; use context to discern whether this is indeed the case.
2. A piece of entertainment or media which "filters out" non-plebs, i.e. only plebs like it.
In either case, the term is used frequently on 4chan, and especially on boards like /tv/.
1. Anon 1: "Drive is a total pleb filter, the cinematography is kino."
2. Anon 2: "You're right, Drive is a pleb filter. People only like it because they think it makes them sophisticated."
A boy who goes to grammar school and gets a nickname. He is cool and is popular for the wrong reasons. He is a sports and music sweat. He is probably annoying and does listen in lesson but spends his time distracting others or being distracted
Boy 1:That boy looks new what do you think he looks like
Boy 2: He looks like a CLeb the pleb
Using the word sniff after pleb denotes that the person or object smells like a pleb. It is to have the essence of a pleb.
"Tristan is a pleb sniff, he drinks cider on the bus"
quite simple...a cross between a pleb...and a chav
a pleb=someone with a very small brain..
a chav=someone with a very small penis, a shit car with lots of neons, clip on exhaust, fake chrome spinning hubcaps, ugly pregnant girlfriend(how they manage do this i dont know), walk around with a "manly" strut thinking their "it", and ofcourse wear fake burberry n very shitty tracksuits n jewelry..

The "OC Plebs" is a group of editors who make memes on Instagram. The memes that they make are relevant to the up to the current "Meme Culture." These editors are usually not openly personal about their life but do share bits and pieces. The page in.oma is run by a high school student in Sherman Oaks California who is the Owner of his clothing line called "Sherman Clothing" He openly links his account and talks about new clothing that is released. Along with that some of the other pages are owners of Discord servers which are a community filled with memes and inspirations for them. The OC Plebs are mostly High School and college students if not older. These individuals enjoy memes, making them, and a good laugh. The Pages all work together and do "Collabs" which are memes they work together on. The Pages also have a Group Chat which they infamously put screenshots of on their Instagram story.
