Hahaha I'm down means...
I'm in, I'm game, I'm up for it, I'm excited about doing that, I'm willing, I'm into pursuing that idea, etc.
It can also mean I am cool with or understand a concept, or I am associated with a group of people.
"hey. I'm about to go skate in an abandoned mall! You in?"
"That sounds sweet. I'm totally down."
Or
"oh! Microbiology? Yeah, I'm down with that."
or
"I'm down with the Usual Suspects Band KY. They my crew, baby!"
Basically a way of saying that you are all right, but could be better.
