Cultural Appropriation

A social construction by sociologists involving an unenforceable non-legally binding property right that doesn't actually exist which infringes on a person's right to extract facts from the public domain in the creation of their own intellectual property.

By creating a work of art, which is your property, which uses the language I natively speak, you are engaging in cultural appropriation, even though you can't copyright a natural language or dialect.

Karen Work Culture

noun: A workplace environment characterized by behaviors and attitudes similar to those stereotypically attributed to a 'Karen.' This culture includes employees' strong sense of entitlement, a tendency to escalate minor issues to higher management, and frequent involvement in HR complaints over trivial matters.

Karen's Work Culture is marked by a collective adherence to specific social norms, prioritizing personal inconvenience over team collaboration and productivity, often resulting in a toxic work environment filled with unnecessary disputes and micromanagement.

"The Karen Work Culture at the office has made it difficult for anyone to introduce new ideas without facing immediate resistance and a barrage of complaints to HR."

micro-cultural

The experience one gets when waiting to use the microwave oven at companies that employ workers of various nationalities and denominations.

I got a micro-cultural exposure when I went to heat up my mac'n cheese. There was so much spice in the air, I felt like I was in a Turkish market.
