Cog Haircut

The haircut of a person who has been influenced by their superiors at their place of work to only have the most basic of all haircuts. This is because they act as a cog in the machine and all that matters is their labor, not their personality. Children who go to schools with a strict dress code may also have Cog Haircuts.

Friend 2: Ayo your homie’s hair looks like ass.
Friend 1: Yeah his boss only lets him have that Cog Haircut.

Describes a person or situation when someone experiences substantial cognitive dissonance (abbreviated) and the 'cogs' of the mind get stuck.

He pointed out that animals are more cruel to each other in the wild than domesticated by humans. The PETA rep became silent, unsure how to respond. Looks like he's cogged.
