Acondition wherein one attempts sleep, but does not, due to distraction. Unlike insomnia because insomnia is an inability to fall asleep due to numerous physiological or psychological reasons. Whereas, with ADHD Insomnia, the mind becomes distracted and basically forgets to fall asleep.
