Centene Time Warp Theory(CTWT)

Centene Time Warp Theory, or CTWT, is the phenomenon experienced by company employees that proposes that time is not as it is perceived it to be, i.e, minute for minute and second for second as expected. It is in fact a far higher ratio that isn't known until a work week is complete. There is no known formula to calculate this ratio prior to the end of a scheduled shift and is to this point, only a feeling experienced by those exposed. Any one person may have a different feeling that is dependent on their level of exposure. There is currently no known cure for CTW sickness other than rest and time away from your job.

Pauly had a long week at work. He told Larry and Freddy that he was happy the week was over. Pauly: Man I'm glad this week is over. Freddy: Pauly, it's only Monday afternoon. Pauly: No way, it feels like it's been a week already. Larry: Pauly, let me educate you on Centene Time Warp Theory(CTWT). It makes you feel like you've worked an exponentially higher number of hours in a short period of time.

jazz theory

When two people in a relationship both seem to like jazz, the relationship never works out. You either have to introduce them to it or they absolutely hate it. No in between. This will cause the relationship to maybe last.

Did you hear that James and Chloe broke up because of jazz theory?

Four Humors Theory

An ancient and outdated medicine theory that states that a being's health is maintained through a balance of four bodily fluids, and an imbalance of such cause diseases. This theory heavily implies that such fluids regulate personalities, and is the basis of the four temperaments (Choleric, Melancholic, Phlegmatic, Sanguine). The four bodily fluids are composed of: - Blood, which causes sociable, extroverted, and comedic personality. See Sanguine - Phlegm (Pus, Mucus, Saliva, Sweat), which causes reserved and introverted personality. See Phlegmatic - Black Bile (Spleen, Cancer), which causes sad and depressed personality. See Melancholic - Yellow Bile (Gallbladder, Vomit, Feces), which causes short-tempered, ambitious, and aggressive personality. See Choleric Therefore, to combat diseases, one must get rid of excess humor, such as bloodletting. Temperature and humidity of the body such as Hot, Cold, Dry, and Wet are implied to be the balancing of humors. Hence, some might believe that this theory is the earliest attempt to understand Homeostasis, the regulation of biological mechanism. Originating from Ancient Greek thinkers and possibly spread as far into China, this theory persisted well into the 19th Century, in which Germ Theory becomes the foundation of modern medicine and discarded this 2300-years old theory.

Four Humors Theory allows for the erroneous understanding of diseases that plagued Ancient, Medieval, and Early Modern times. Bloodletting is a dangerous practice that was invented due to Four Humors Theory. Medieval and Early Modern doctors believed that injecting Mercury into the patient will balance the humors, as per stated by the Four Humors Theory.

Godzilla Theory

When you lower your expectations so low that whatever happens can't be any worse.

The year was 1998, Godzilla hit cinemas with record low ratings. I asked all my mates to come with me with no luck. Everyone Talked shit about the movie that I went in thinking it was going to be the worst movie of all time. Came out thinking, hey that was alright.... Godzilla Theory was born. Lower your expectations and whatever it is will be good.

Vancouver Autism Theory

Anyone who isn't from Vancouver, Canada, has observed a peculiar trend among those who are born and raised there. Native Vancouverites often come across as cold, socially awkward, envious, insecure and gossipy. Additionally, many of the men exhibit notably feminine traits. Some of their preferred pastimes involve gossiping about friends behind their backs, fabricating stories about them, and sitting with their legs crossed in a typically feminine manner. It's also uncommon to find one who is over 6 feet tall, and many have either chubby or scrawny build. Everyone not from Vancouver seems to think they are insecure autistic weirdos

the vancouver autism theory is correct, look at stu crossing his legs like a girl

Aflo's Theory

The scientific and philosophical theory stating that at any point of its' existence- there is at least one tomato either submerged, or floating upon any of the worlds oceans.

Me: "I'd like to introduce you all to Aflo's Theory-" Scientists: "Oh? What is it?" Me: "It is a theory stating that at any given moment- there is at lest one tomato in the ocean." Scientists: "-And what, pray tell, is the purpose of this theory?" Me, now revealing the backpack of tomatoes I brought to the beach: "Gazpacho."

NPC theory

Wow! That is a long ass article that says absolutely nothing. And you got paid for that. In it they basically say that 'NPC theory doesn't address how complicated the mind is and nudging and priming have replication issues in studies.' That's it. It wasn't a theory. It was a simile used to describe protesters (specifically) who have an absolute sophisticated understanding of topics that is fed to them from the top down and denotes how they do little more than run that script when the are speaking on those topics.

Hym "And 'Main Character Syndrome' is just more evidence that you idiots are treating propositions as though it's newton's first law and that for every proposition there is and equally true opposite position. But Main Character Syndrome isn't a thing. It relates to the soft solipsism that I always talk about but BOTH NPC theory AND Main Character Syndrome are blatant misrepresentations of what I actually said. I also wrote a Theory of Mind that was later used to create AI. So, lie of ommission. Reductio ad absurdum. And as far as the priming and nudging... I know EXACTLY what it's going to do in my case."
