Fluster Cluck

Civilian version of the military 'Cluster Fuck'.

When too many unqualified people try to "help", but only make a problem worse, by giving bad advice, getting excited and spreading FUD. (everyone gets flustered and they start to sound like chickens clucking....)

Our manufacturing tech got confused, but instead of asking one engineer for help he emailed 6 managers and co-workers. It set off an email storm and he went home early! It turned into a complete Fluster Cluck!
