When someone stops talking to you all of a sudden and leave you wondering what you could have done wrong.

So she ghosted me and I never heard of her again.

To avoid someone until they get the picture and stop contacting you.

When someone you talk to often suddenly stops speaking to you and ignores all your messages. They become a "ghost" since it's like they are no longer there.
