For example: Jim: “Sally, you’re a whore.” Sally: Don’t diss me, Jim. I’ll beat yo ass.”

A form of disrespecting someone, their homies, or thier mama.

To disrespect: to make such an awesome and clever comeback that it renders the person whom you disrespected speechless.

Making fun of someone harshly. Derived from "diss" or "dis", which is short term of disrespect.
