non-homologated love is when you and another person had feelings for each other at one point but neither of you knew. You can't get into a relationship because you are in different places, or you just can't.
You could also still be in love with each other, but you are in different places or in different situations, not allowing you to be in a relationship.
Basically, you and another person can't be together because of certain circumstances.
Friend 1: "Dude, I still love this one girl but she left the country..."
Friend 2: "Did she like you back?"
Friend 1: "Yeah, she told me."
Friend 2: "You're experiencing non-homologated love."
