1. A situation in which the observer is overwhelmed by visual stimulation, smells, sounds or anything pertaining to excess action.

Friend 1: "That girl's weave is so wrong." Friend 2: "I know. That's a lot." Friend 1: "So he was wearing this really awful blazer, even in the middle of summer." Friend 2: "Really? That's a lot."
