A greeting used during the time period between 1-3 a.m. where it isn't morning but not the middle of the night.

Two people who knock out late at night while talking on the phone without knowing it and waking up early in the morning to do their thing. A friendship full of hugs, smiles, and laughter.

It's the equivalent of saying " Hi and Bye " to all friends at once.
