Simmer

The combination of a simp and a boomer, usually used to describe a teacher who gives bad grades depending on someones artistic skills and not they're research skills.

Random Guy: "Hey our English teacher is such a simmer" Random Guy's Friend: "I know right they're so annoying, I will never get a good grade in the class."

The act of leaving someone's friend request on Facebook unanswered: i.e. neither accepting nor rejecting.

An attitude combining simmering anger on the verge of explosion with the subsequent inevitable progression of attitude into verbal explosion- hence the rant. To be boiling beneath the surface with only the slightest skin of resistance between restraint and going postal.

After being dumped by his girlfriend for a state trooper, Todd was the picture of simmerant when he was pulled over on the way home by the very same trooper.
