Essentially, a "Bleeze" is a skeeze, or ho, that continually tries to hook up with stoners, pot-heads, or druggies.
"Dude, I'm gonna get with that chick over there!"
"Fat chance. She's a bleeze. You don't smoke nearly enough to land that ass."
