Referring to the head size of a non or late neutered male cat which are typically larger then the female. Common slang used by West Virginia Hillbillys to indicate that someone is smart.

A phrase created by emergency services personnel who were trying to euthanaise a cat. The cats head was found to be incredibly strong. It is know used to describe anything especially strong. Often used to describe an erection. Now frequently used by TV commentators when calling AFL games.
