to converse and giggle with a friend, or associate "carry on" with someone about something funny; talking it up, laughing on and on about something, may include an inside joke- then go behind them and say the opposite- or put them down- or deny you know them

An expression of great joy. Used by dickheads after receiving good news. Usually followed by the surrounding people telling the user to STFU.
