Kona is a delicious style of coffee. Named after a town on the WEST SIDE of the Big Island of Hawaii. Any time you see a package of coffee labelled "Kona" (regardless of the company/brand that makes it), it basically means that the coffee beans used to make that coffee came from Hawaii.
Kona coffee is a staple in the hotels in Honolulu, Hawaii. Tourists have it free in their hotel rooms.
The best brand is more-than-likely from "Kona Coffee Company", since they are right there in Hawaii making it.
"Kona" style coffee is also used in a TON of products including cakes, candy, ice cream, and milk shakes
