1. The state or quality of being exceedingly relaxed and nonchalant, while at the same time elated or exceedingly happy, often attained whilst being high. 2. Synonymous for "fuck".

ex 1 - Guy 1: Dude, whats good? Guy 2: Dude, I'm so minced right now I can't even hear you! ex 2 - Guy 1: Bro did you mince anyone last night? Guy 2: I minced the shit out of this one chick, but I was so minced I don't even remember!
