When a "Troll" is attempting to get the attention of a person they like (preferably a Female) then they would automatically start calling the person their Bff, to show some Troll-Love.
It was started as a small meme phrase in a Mini-Game on a Popular Multi-Massive Online Role Playing Game.
Girl: "Oh were you saying something?"
Troll: "This is my Bff Skulld Lizzy <3"
