Slang used to refer to someone playing as the Scout from the Valve video game, Team Fortress 2 and is being toxic/annoying. The word is a combination between "Scout" and "Cunt."

Whoever the f he is called.

"Scunts" are the little post-millienial alter boys who listen to their lord and savior (hype bands) and do the same shitty, pretentious, presumptuous, putzy, and complete chagrin that their "idols" act and emulate on.
