A negative compliment.

Negging is a tactic used by predatory pick-up artists to undermine a womans self confidence leaving her vulnerable to attack.

Note: This is a tactic only used by rapists. Real men do not intend to attack or harm women.

"Last night I was negging this girl to get her where I wanted her"

Someone who is negative and always complains a lot.

"Neg Neg" is a term used to call your fellow brothers (mostly dark skinned brothers). Similar meaning to Negro, but not used as an offense word. Can also be shortened to just "Neg" as well.
