1) A: "I finally got a Xbox 360 and it now has the red-ring-o'-death!" B: "Wow, that Shit's-Ass" 2) "Dude! That coaster was Shit-Ass. I nearly barfed" 3) "Dang Billy Jean! That hooker you shot is as dead as Shit-Ass"
When you are finished taking a crap and know that there is a mess to be cleaned up.
"Man, I was out of TP and had to get up all shit assed from the toilet to get another roll."
Any music that is terrible and over advertised, or made by people who have the appearance of a fat male who hasn't taken a shower in a week or changed clothes. It can also be made by somebody who listens to awful music like Hoobastank.
"Hey man, did you hear that new album?" "Yeah it was pretty awful. Better than Andrews Shit Ass Music though"
