A fork of Rural Dictionary
A school in Canada were tons of hot girls ogo. It is an all-girls school, a guy's dream school.
My girlfriend goes to St. Mary's.
St. Mary's College aka SMC aka Summer Camp for big kids. Commonly confused with Mount St. Mary's, but everyone knows we are so much cooler than them. We get to spend our lazy days skipping classes and hanging out down by the river. Pot is at the top of the food pyramid right next to alcohol. Regular attire is a polo, with the collar popped of course! Pleasant, Monks, the point and the Door are always fun spots to chill (watch out for the townies at the bars tho) If its your birthday you better stay clear of the pond. Once you come here you never want to leave. So pop your collar, grab a beer and head down to the docks!!!
common things you will hear screamed across campus....TOOL, GARBAGE, SHITSTACK, WEDGE!!
Shithole. Beware of this one. Pedophiles and horny classroom assistants are around every corner
West Belfast, Glen Road, St mary's cbgs
A county in Maryland. Despite it getting a bad rap by snobs around DC and Baltimore, who have never been here, it is one of the fastest growing counties in the state (along with our neighbors Charles and Calvert County). We are the birthplace of religious freedom in the United States and St. Mary's City had the first coffeehouse in North America. St. Mary's resident Margaret Brent was the first woman to act as an attorney in North America. Home of the stuffed ham. Home of Patuxent River Naval Air Station...where many astronauts got their start. Without St. Mary's, Maryland would never have existed. We have rural areas as well as suburbs. We are a bedroom community for Washington DC for those who don't want to deal with Montgomery, PG, and Howard County's yuppie crap.
Person 1: Oh man, you are from St. Mary's County...aren't you all a bunch of hicks? Person 2: No, my dad tests fighter jets and my mom is a computer systems designer. We drink lattes here too you twit.
An all-girls high school in downtown Portland, OR. Despite being a Catholic school, it is very liberal. Approximately 50% of its students are Catholic - the same percentage as when it was created in 1859. Known for it's hard work load, and for fostering acceptance, leadership, independence and individuality in its students. Its two largest clubs are Theater Club and Sci-fi Fantasy Club. Its downtown location means most girls are comfortable using public transport to get around and are familiar with the city. Also known for girls who don't know how to act around boys when they see them.
You're a feminist, pro-gay, theater nerd who's parents let her take the bus anywhere? Are you sure you don't go to St. Mary's Academy?
An all-girls school in Portland, OR. Often subject to criticism from girls who attend the other local private schools. While many will automatically sneer at its lack of boys, school spirit and location, it is in truth a fantastic school. It is the only school in the state to win the national Blue Ribbon award for education TWICE and also has a great 6A golf team and a number of other 4A teams. SMA is truly a home for many; it is one of the most economically and ethnically diverse schools in the area because of its location right in the heart of downtown. As to the claims that SMA girls act sluttily around boys, this is untrue. Girls are just more confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Boy #1: hey, where does that girl you brought to last week's dance go to school? Boy #2: She goes to St. Mary's Academy. Boy #1: wow, she was so smart, confident and cute! I wonder if any of her friends want to come to the next dance?
