A mental and physical state that manifests similarly to the post-Christmas depression, when living in Chown hall (the superior residence at Queen's University). Symptoms may include but are not limited to:
Severe depression
Darkness
Lightning storms
The profound desire to go on a walk, ALONE, with no friends
Only eating take out food for weeks
Hibernation
Nocturnal traits
Boycotting ban righ dining hall
Girl: Yo gansta, what's wrong with you? You seem down.
Guy: Nah I don't know dawg, I think I just got hit with a case of the chown blues.
Girl: Word. Hope you feel better soon. It happens to all of us.
Guy: Electric and nuclear.
Chown goo is the way an Asian immigrant would pronounce "sounds good". Chown goo is just an informal way to say Sounds Good!
Asian immigrant 1: Oooooh, we in Noo Yawk! We come on big prane! We go to see vurry tarr buirdings now?
Asian immigrant 2: Chown Goo!

Regular Person 1: Hey, wanna go to the Mets game?
Regular Person 2: Chown Goo! I do like them Mets!

To verbally accost somebody or people.
I have never heard this used outside of the military and I am wondering if it is an in house expression.. Maybe somone else can shed light on it! Definitely used in the fashion of the examples given.
(He) fucked up and I had to chown (him)!
I spoke to (him) about his fuck up and when I was finished, he considered (himself) chowned!
(He) deserved a good chowning for that stupid fuck up!
