This is a person who cannot come up with anything original or deviate from the use of the word "lol". so much so, that he/she begins and ends texts with "lol"
Guy 1"Lol that was the funniest thing i'd seen in a while we gotta do that again lol." Guy 2 " You just can't stop lolling you loller, can you? Use rofl or SOMETHING else."
Alternate usage of lol or lollers for those with more internet experience. For extra impact, 'Mc' has been added as a rofl precursor for random McDonalds reference to further add to the confusion (thus more snap factor)
