A fork of Rural Dictionary
A term often used in Yorkshire but believed first used in Dublin, Ireland. Tober is used to describe a young male who acts like an out of control famous individual and may be referred to as a "rock and roll star".
That guy is such a Tober!
He drank 10 pints of Guinness, that is Tober!
A very gross smell that you can't exactly pinpoint what it is.
