Snap snatcher

A friend who is prone to start snapping/texting the person you have just started talking to. They start off by saying the person is their “bestie” in an innocent manner, but the situation can get to the point where it becomes a competition of “who can get the guy/girl/other first.”

I think I’ll just give up now. Kelly started talking to Caleb. She’s such a snap snatcher.
