A phrase used at the beginning of a sentence. It's used to express the own acknowledgement that what one is replying to could be a joke. It roughly translates into: "You could be joking, but I believe to have seen enough people who meant similar things. Also, I hate Woooosh-culture and don't want to give anyone the satisfaction to woooosh me in case it's a joke."
Person A: There is a fly in my soup. Person B: Woooosh on me, but that's a raisin. Person A: We should dine-n-dash. Person B: Woooosh on me, but that's illegal and a dick move. Person A: I'm always eating my greens but don't lose weight. Person B: Woooosh on me, but I don't think it works like that.
