The action of viewing a sports event or movie by covering up one eye in order to offset the effect of double vision brought on by excessive alcohol consumption prior to said event.

Before the Arsenal v Chelsea match, Dan and I had been on the lash since midday, so by kick off at 3pm we were doing the one-eye.
