The act of using a strong tape in order to increase the tensile strength of small animals (hamsters and other rodents principally) in order to be able to have sexual intercourse with them without bursting them (and desturbing the sexual experience).
That Bulgarian was so well hung, that it was a good thing he'd been taping that hamster or else it would've gone splash!
1) To literally use the phrase "on the tape." 2) When a cop beats up a person of color and the beating happens to be recorded by phone, mini-DVR, VHS, or Beta tape.
1) Ralph: "So, are you on the tape?" Bianca: "Of course I'm on the tape." Ralph: "Wow, you are on the tape." 2) Shenaynay: "Ledasha was arrested yesterday and the cop really roughed her up." Denarnar: "Is she on the tape?" Shenaynay: "She is on the tape, and she gonna make so much money, you won't believe it when she sue the city."
