It is often accompanied by poor spelling, the number 2 instead of "to, too, two," and symbols such as ~ and *. Although mostly used by cholas, it is often seen used by asians, blacks, and teenagers.

2. Short for Brevard Community College. A Community College in Brevard County, Florida where many local students go to recieve their undergrad.
