Dual Meaning: 1- To describe the appearance of someone/something in a negative fashion. 2- To be very drunk or high. This slang word originated in the NY area. Also the word "Hit" must be said with emphasis.

1. (n) A celebrated destructive act that leaves all of your friends laughing. Could be anything from tossing eggs to throwing someone’s oven into the bay. 2. (v) To pull destructive practical jokes at another’s expense. This term is commonly used by members of CROW, and elite group of hitters from the southeast area of Pennsylvania.
