When a person is acting very slippery, or suspicious.
It can also be used as a replacement for the word 'slick' or 'suck'.
Sluck is able to be used as an insult as well.

Sluck up refers to the act of putting in more effort in what one does for better results. It is mostly used to encourage someone who have not done well as expected or supposed to be in a particular time or session.
